This camp is an invitation for women to return to their rhythm—body, breath, and nature as guides.
Through movement, kite surfing, and cycle awareness, you’ll discover how to move in harmony with your energy—resting when it’s time to restore, expanding when it’s time to rise.
No pushing. No proving. Just presence. Together we’ll create a safe space for play, strength, and sisterhood—on the mat, in the water, and around the fire.
