Join experienced instructors from ROFI Fitness and HGU, who will guide you through a range of energetic exercises.

Enjoy the beautiful views and the fresh sea air.

No registration is required. Simply turn up with a positive attitude.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or fitness level. Remember to wear suitable exercise clothing and bring a water bottle, and feel free to bring your family and friends along for an active and healthy start to the day at Søndervig Beach.
