Large open fields, beach with space for kilometers of unfolding and fresh wind from almost every direction. Such is the area around Søndervig. If it blows just a little bit, every day you can see kites in all imaginable shapes and colors adorning the sky above Badebyen.
Both in the dunes and on the beach along the North Sea, there are good opportunities to let the colorful kites fly on the westerly wind. Especially in the large green parking lot and adjacent field northeast of Søndervig, where Søndervig Holiday Park is planned to be located, there is plenty of room for kites.
Several shops in Søndervig have a selection of kites both for beginners and more experienced pilots.
