The area around Danland Holiday Center Sønderig has an exciting history. Søndervig's history as a seaside resort starts where Danland Søndervig is located today. Ever since 1885, there has been a bathing hotel on the grounds. In 1976, the holiday center was built by the Danish Dental Association, but Danland bought it in 1980. In 1992, Danland chose to expand the holiday center with 52 new apartments spread over 3 blocks and a water park. The place has always been a focal point in the holiday atmosphere that Søndervig is buzzing with.

However, the conditions at Danland Holiday Center Søndervig are not the same as in 1885. Fine, cozy holiday apartments await the guests, and a delicious subtropical water park is ready for those who like to swim on rainy days.
Danland Feriecenter Søndervig currently has 157 apartments, with 883 beds. There are 15 different apartment types with 4 to 8 beds.
At the holiday centre, there are cozy sun terraces, billiards, table tennis and a playroom inside and cozy playgrounds outside. Climb to the top and enjoy lunch and a view of the dune-top area while the kids play.
When you stay at Feriecenter Søndervig, you have free entry to Søndervig Badeland, which is open every day. In high season, it is open from 9-19 and in mid-season from 10-17.
